Is There Any Greater Love for You?
There is a sad truth that most are either oblivious to, or flat out don't believe.
I'm speaking of the desperately lost state of man, the sad judgement of condemnation upon us already by default..
John 3:18 &
Revelation 21:8
It's heart-breaking, to realize that it took the Life of God's loved and only begotten Son, Heaven's best, to make right what man destroyed. That's relationship with Him. Our sin, transgressions, our selfishness, our hate, our pride nailed the Son of God, perfect Love, to that ugly torment of death. Our need was then and still today, greater than our comprehension. Christ and His atoning work on the cross is exactly what was/is needed to satisfy this insurmountable debt. Religion and man's cleverness sought it..
Matthew 17:22-23
But God's foreknowledge and wisdom ordained it..
1 Peter 1:20-21
We must share this Love!
We glory in the Cross (the Sacrifice of Jesus Christ)
not because of the cruelty done there, but because of God's Love in redeeming us, through it.
